"Fabulous property, really well arranged house. The only real problem we had was that my two sons are tall, 6ft2 and 6ft4. They need beds without footboards (they had their partners with them, if they had been alone they could have slept diagonally in the bed) but those beds were in rooms with sloping ceilings. The landing and bathroom ceilings on the attic floor are particularly dangerous for the tall. They did bang their heads regularly inspite of me suggesting they went about on their knees up...

It’s clean tidy has everything you need and is on the river Beautiful sunsets and even better in a storm lay in bed cosy and warm watching the weather batter the lake A real little gem that we are so pleased we found and will be returning too If you want to be near the water and you like quirky and appreciate nature this is the perfect place, the swallows are stunning to watch and the ducks will visit for some snacks if your offering! A perfect spot to escape reality...
