"Excellent cottage and we have stayed many all over the UK. Perfect location for coast, country and the city of Norwich."

"Great holiday base. Loved the cinema room. Could do with a second fridge for drinks. That would make it perfect."

"The barn was beautiful, really well appointed with quality finishes and so comfortable. Only down side was that the hot tub was not working. However I would not hesitate to recommend this as an excellent base for both the broads & Nofolk coast."

"Fantastic comfortable property, really well equipped and a lovely base for exploring the area. Will definitely stay here again"

"Lovely place to stay and visit north Norfolk"

"We would thoroughly recommend staying at Sandy Shores. It was a clean and cosy bungalow with everything you require for a self catering break. It is situated within easy reach of all what North Norfolk has to offer."

"A lovely, welcoming and well equipped home. The great little seaside town with all you needed on your door step. The welcome pack was a nice touch too 🙂"

"Well provisioned and very comfortable. Easy reach of North Coast and East Coast. Would definitely return"

"Had a great time in The Little House, perfect location for me and my dog. The sandy/grassy area before the beach is perfect for an active canine, and beyond the beach stretches as far as the eye can see in either direction. I did think the accommodation had wifi (an oversight on my part), but that wasn't a big problem. Great TV with Freeview - tho there is a knack to getting the handset the work - you need to know where to aim it! If I went again I would take a head torch and my dog's flashing...

"Lovely Rustic Charm, great next to the Broad, freedom to come & go -totally idyllic for me. Quiet, peaceful and commutable to local town, train station. Relaxing and would love to return. Basic but suitable cooking facilities, hot water, good shower, comfortable accommodation. "
