"Absolute gem of a hotel. Staff were amazing! Clean, very comfortable rooms and the food was excellent. Lovely quiet rural setting just outside of Norwich. If you are a golfer this is worth checking out. I also used the spa whilst there and again fantastic staff and great services. "

"Overall a very pleasant place to stay. Apartment had all the amenities needed, and you are close to lots of shops and supermarkets if you drive. The only slight negative is the parking is quite tight if you have a larger vehicle, and there are a number of stairs as well as sloping paths as we were on a hilly stretch. All in all, a great few days, and I'd come back in the future."

"I absolutely loved the Decoy Barn and John and Suzanne were so kind and welcoming! Breakfast was delicious and so beautifully prepared. There were lots of options to choose from. There are many interesting places to visit in the area! I can’t wait to go back! Their little dog Buddy is very friendly and loves to chase his ball. "We stayed for one night, and it was fabulous! The staff and manager really made this stay great. Nothing was too much trouble. It was relaxing and calm. Everything was spotless clean. Our bedroom was great, with a view of the sea spacious and really comfortable. The food was excellent so compliments to the chef! Enjoyed the stay so much we are booking again. We really recommend this hotel...but more than anything what a fantastic team."
