"House very dirty. Oven totally disgusting. Setter covered in dog hair and crumbs also smelled very strongly of dog. Beds were fit for tip frames very noisy, mattresses had springs with no padding over them. Triedputting duvets over mattress but had to buy air bed to put on top of mattress. Bathroom shower screen seal was covered in soap scum and green slime.also lots of damp and.dust everywhere Would I recommend this property NO not fit for purpose. I HAVE TRIED TO UPLOAD PHOTOS. "Absolutely a gorgeous propertyCleaned to a very high standard and it was lovely to receive a lovely welcome pack with milk and wineWe enjoyed Gorleston-on-Sea to have a relaxing holiday walking down the promenade we did visit Yarmouth and Lowestoft and a few little villages but main reason we went was for a relaxing holiday and that's what we got in this beautiful home Thankyou to Sarah the owner"

"Lovely chalet and very clean and was really a nice thought to leave us some milk and tea/coffee and biscuits. Thank you so much for that.we were a bit disappointed with the evening entertainment but it didn't spoil our stay."

"We have stayed at the Cliff Hotel before a few years ago so knew what to expect. The food was excellent, staff where very helpful and friendly. Our room was a bit on the small size for a standard double but we did ask for a walk in shower which was provided which might be why we had that room but the bed was massive and very comfortable, had enough room to walk about without knocking into anything but the bathroom needed to be a bit bigger nowhere to put your toiletries. Our room was on the first floor so only had a short flight of stairs to go up but wouldn't have liked to be any higher trying to carry suitcases so think it would help if there was a lift especially for people like ourselves who are in our 70s. Also the carpet on the stairs needs replacing it was a bit threadbare but over all we enjoyed our stay and would go again."

"My 2nd visit to thus hotel; room 26 this time, and the entire stay was just as good as the 1st time. Staff are friendly and courteous, food is very good (I had dinner and breakfast). The gym was spotless and empty with some decent kit to break off some of the cobwebs after a long day travelling for work. There is free parking outside. I've stayed in a couple of hotels in GY, but this is my regular place now. Very good value for money too!"

"Perfect little getaway. Very clean and great price. Lots to do on and around the site. We didn’t actually use many of the amenities as we travelled with our dog and couldn’t find any info as to if any of the inside areas were dog friendly. i.e cafe etcKids loved it and were more than happy playing around by the chalet. Lots of nearby beaches, boat trips, railway rides all dog friendly. Simon was a great host, fast communication and clear instructions for arrival and departure.Will definitely be looking to return "

Wellesley Park Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Check in a was very simple. The gentleman who greeted us was very helpful, he told us we was able to get takeaway and eat within the room. It was within about a 10-15 minute walk to the main town ( we had 2 young children with us) we had a big spacious room on the ground floor. The room was clean and fresh, with towels for our stay, kettle with tea coffee and hot chocolate and milk. Plenty of storage. The only thing was the neighbours were incredibly noisy one night in the middle of the night but luckily it didnt wake our children. I would definitely consider staying here again. Very comfortable rooms and a great price :-)"
