"The Hotel is inviting and the staff are absolutely lovely, nothing is too much trouble. We had a sea view - stunning, quiet and clean, with a bed that is as big as a boat. Breakfast included and Hubby loved the sausages, great choice, Evening meal and Afternoon Tea, sandwiches and a drink in the bar - all beautifully cooked, presentation excellent. Clipper open top bus stops just up from the Hotel, there is parking on site. Will book again loved it best stay in Great Yarmouth"

"Nicely positioned for caister beach which is a fairly short walk and was fairly quiet when we went. Parking was always available around the corner and the pub is closed so no noise from there as that is next door. The property was spacious for us and the kitchen well kitted out. Two toilets was convenient and has a small outsie space. There were some minor improvements needed to decor, some re decorating would help. The first room inside the front door is very musty and the main lounge couch...

"The property is in a fantastic position next to the beach. Views are brilliant. We stayed with our family of two grown up children and their partners. Although the property said it catered for six the top room was more suited to children rather than adults. Master bedroom was fantastic with views over the sea and with a sun lounge off the bedroom. We all enjoyed our stay with a well kitted out kitchen allowing us to self cater. Down stairs toilet an added bonus."

"A nice property - well located close to the beach. However, there were some issues which marred our visit - the Nest controlling the heating and hot water was faulty ( and wasn't replaced during our stay - the engineer hadn't visited before we left) so on occasions there was no hot water although we then found an immersion heater which we could use, the lock to the back doors didn't work with no key so we couldn't secure the property and until the lock was replaced we had to take our valuables...
