Hotel had polite and friendly staff, pool was clean, warm and relaxing, managed to get a car parking space as limited, room was as requested on ground floor, a bit small but had comfy bed, room cleaned daily, we didnt try food due to dietary needs, but looked amazing, all cooked fresh. Thoughtful decor, great breakfast, and a quiet location in the northern part of the town, directly across from the beach (and Venetian Waterways) and with views to the sea. Easy access to buses up and down the coast or a 20 or so minute walk to the train. Likely the nicest place in town. "
