"Apartment is a good size and was well equipped and clean apart from no wardrobes in the bedroom The outside of the apartment is very scruffy. There is little or no parking, the locals know they can park there and nobody stops them, this mean guests have to pay in a local car park. The people who run this place need to finish furnishing it. Apart from two small bedside cabinets there was nowhere else to store clothes - no set of drawers and no wardrobe. Access to the apartments at check-in time...

"The property was in an industrial area but was not noisy, the entrance stairs could benefit from another handrail, inside it was very comfortable & clean and convenient for Oulton Broad Station and local amenities"

"The stay was superb. The place is incredibly quiet with where it's positioned at the rear of the property. Extremely clean, very comfortable king sized bed, all the kitchen amenities we needed and felt extremely welcomed upon our arrival. It made for a lovely weekend getaway with so many local walks, places too see and multiple shops and pubs close by. Also having full access to the grounds and garden was a gorgeous addition also. 10/10, Couldn't improve on it, Will definitely be staying again. "
