So nice to have privacy of a cottage with full kitchen and laundry. Very comfortable space for me and my beloved Shih Tzu for a mountain vacation!"

"From beginning to end, my husband and I, as well as our goldendoodle, Fig, had a wonderful experience at Patricia's cottage. It is perfectly situated right on the Greenbrier river rail trail, midway along the trail, which is why we chose it. The cottage is adorable. The beds were all very comfortable and the home is well equipped with everything we needed. "Beautiful rustic location on a mountain river. Everything provided for rafting, kayaking, or fishing—or just relaxing and enjoying the views. Perfect location for motorcycle riding the “Back Roads Discovery Route” with winding country roads and challenging Forest Service trails. Easy parking for our trailers. Fire pit to finish off the evenings with a campfire by the river. Great hosts with easy self check in."

"Everything was just as shown in the pictures. We were attending college events in Lexington and this space was an easy drive to town. It was nice to be in the country and enjoy coffee in the screened in porch each morning before starting the day. We watched deer walk up the driveway and listened to the birds sing while we ate breakfast. Great views of sunrise over the hills from the other deck. We would definitely stay again."
