"Great"

"Everything was great! But the restaurant should stay open later on weekends and also be open on Sunday's and then you wouldn't even have to leave the resort 🤔"

"This was our second time staying and our 39th wedding anniversary. We love the quietness, and easy access to the lake. Very relaxing and beautiful sunsets."

"clean, friendly staff, nearby to everything you need and want to go to."

"The hotel was centrally located for the activities we wanted to see or do. The room was clean and the room rate fit our budget."

"Great stay"

"the main issue with my 2 day stay was the built in AC unit. Every time the compressor kicked in the whole wall shuddered making going to sleep an issue. I doubt I'll stay here again because of this. Otherwise I had no other issues."

"Tried to make coffee in the in room coffee maker. The coffee ground packs weren't even the right one for the machine. The water coming from the bathroom sink was black! So no coffee for multiple reasons. The chair had black stains all over it. The snack machines just kept taking our money. The breakfast was horrible. "Staff were awesome checking in and breakfast crew!"

"My wife and I have stayed at the Hotel Hot Springs many times and we always park in the free parking garage which is 1 block away. However, this past weekend we found out there is a $12.00 per day parking fee in the same garage that has always been free!! I was not a happy camper."

"The Waters in Hot Springs is a great centrally located hotel. We spent two days in Hot Springs and found ourselves staying within a half mile both sides of the hotel. The hotel rooms are totally updated, while the ambiance of the old timey hotel can be seen in the halls and stairways. We enjoyed the small restaurant for snacks and beverages. I would recommend - rooms are comfy."

"Very old and worn. Breakfast not very good. Biscuits hard. Carpet, paint, shower, need freshened or remodel. But the bed was the worst very firm seemed old pillows small and too fluffy. Heard more than one guest complain the tv not working including ours. Had to call for help. Overall would not return or stay at Wyndham again"
