"We really enjoyed our stay. It was very quiet. There was plenty of room to move around. It felt more like an apartment. We are looking forward to staying here the next time we are in Hot Springs. There is a cute café next door for a hearty breakfast before you start your day."

"Nothing unique. Pretty standard hotel but for double the price of other standard hotels. Good location but no amenities. Even the downstairs bar, which looked nice, was closed. Upstairs bar had a nice view but bar itself seemed kind of afterthought. Seemed like there was only 1 person working in the entire hotel."

"It was almost "just right". I wish there was a small shelf in the room by the bed, a place for the remote or reading glasses. The instructions weren't very clear about what to do with the room key (place them in the box by the pool-what pool). Also the bathtub is slippery when wet. Good location, close to everything but also not the nice part of town at all."

"The room was fantastic and perfect for our stay. The pool was perfectly maintained and fun. The staff was the best part- the son needed some help getting back into the room after a bit of a mix up and Israel, the engineer, was SO helpful and helped him reconnect with me and get back into the room safely and calmly. "Our room was keep very clean and nice the whole time. Our maid on the 14th floor was so sweet and so meticulous about her job. We stay here 4 times a year and I will ask for her floor the next time! All of the staff are informational and willing to help anytime day or night!"
