In fact it could easily be baked into the cost of the room and I wouldn't bat an eye since the stay itself it great value. The breakfast doesn't live up the magnificence of the rest of the hotel. "

Well situated in a walkable proximity (around 5 min) to the public transport options and the university/hospital. There might be a bit of noise when other guests move out in the evening. But you can sleep through it (they provide ear plugs too if needed)."
