I often look for convenience and value when traveling, and this hotel exceeded my expectations on two of the most critical fronts: customer service and room cleanliness. ​From the moment I checked in, the staff was fantastic. The customer service was genuinely outstanding—friendly, professional, and efficient. Check-in was quick and easy, and every staff member I encountered throughout my stay, from the front desk to housekeeping, was helpful and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. It’s clear they take pride in their work, which makes a huge difference in the overall guest experience. ​The room itself was remarkably clean. I was thoroughly impressed by how spotless and well-maintained the accommodations were. Everything, from the bathroom fixtures to the bedding, felt fresh and impeccably cared for. It made settling in after a long day of travel incredibly easy and comfortable. ​If you're looking for a reliably clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay near Houston’s Bush Intercontinental Airport, I highly recommend this location. Hotel was picked because we needed a shuttle to and from the airport. It was a one night stay which suited our needs. The room was basic and clean. There was a restaurant within walking distance. The shuttle serviced several hotels which we were not aware of until we used it so it is something to be aware of when scheduling it for getting to your flight on time. Our TV had an issue which was quickly readily resolved partially. Beds were comfortable

The property was dirty the rooms were dirty the tub was dirty and they had roaches outside and inside the room. The pictures posted on here look nothing like how the room looks so I was deceived and chose it because of how it looks on the website. The only good thing about this place was the convenience to the airport and the shuttle. Glad I only stayed for a night. Never again.

Convenient to IAH airport.

Last minute hotel stay due to change of flight. Was easy to book, 24 hour shuttle shared by surrounding hotels very convenient, and fast, friendly check-in/express check-out. We only stayed for 6.5 hours to sleep, so a clean room and comfy bed was all we needed, and that's what we got. Would stay here again, if in a similar situation.
