"Good for the buck"

"We had a group 6 families, 12 adults and 20 kids (aged infant up to 9), and we had the BEST time. The kids loved the kayaks and paddle boards, the game room, and all the space to spread out and play. The parents loved relaxing out on the deck and around the fire pit after bedtime each evening, as well as spending time in or on the water. There was so much space with enough bathrooms and kitchen space for all our needs. The kitchen was so well stocked for cooking and preparing food for a group! We made some incredible memories, and highly recommend this wonderful house to other big groups. The host was also very responsive with any questions we had during our stay. "

"I have been staying at this establishment for a couple of years now. Over the last year I have been seeing a decline in the building structure itself. Which is a huge concern and disappointment. During this visit the entire wall that the beds were on had no electricity. I did call the front desk to inform them of this issue. She did offer to switch rooms for us. But truthfully this should not have been an issue. They should have known about the issue and not put someone in the room to begin with. I declined switching as I was already in the bed when it was noticed. After a long day of driving I had no interest in hauling my things to another room. I mentioned the electricity issue when checking out. The morning shift was not informed of this problem at the switch of sfifts. Disappointed in the service staff. The day we left there was a walker left in the parking lot. I called to inform the front desk. We loaded our things and no one came out to get the walker. I had my husband take the walker inside as I am sure someone will eventually come back for it. And it being left unattended, someone may have picked it up. Again disappointed in the front desk service."

"The tiny house was exactly as pictured. A lot of love and hard work went into it. My neice was having a wedding party at a house on the lake and we were having trouble finding a pet friendly place that wasn’t a five bedroom house. The tiny house was perfect!"

"What a great property! We loved paddleboarding and kayaking, and the views were beautiful. The porch facing the lake was extensive, and had lots of seating for enjoying the view. We also found the check out process to be easy. A bonus for us was that there was lots of parking. Would love to stay here again!"

"Family friendly get-away."

"Had such a great time in this cozy cabin! If you are looking for an outdoor family get away, this is an amazing pick. Plenty of hiking and fishing right out the front door. Small little creek to play in.Rustic historical building but very clean and well maintained. Great working A/C. Host left super easy to follow check in and check out instructions. Just be prepared that it is a public historical sight. So not completely private, but, very quiet and there are signs telling people to respect the privacy of tennants staying. I never felt unsafe or intruded on by anyone else enjoying the covered bridge. You are also given a private parking option behind the house the public does not have access too. Overall, 10/10 would come back again. "
