"Our room was not ready at 3pm for check in. The manager was rude and said he would offer us a free Starbucks. We explained that we were there for a wedding that started in 2 hours and needed to get ready. He said that we could use the public restroom in the hotel. He told us to come back in 30 minutes and try to check in again. When we went back there was a 30 minute line. As rewards members with Marriott, we will not be staying here again. "

"My room was not in good shape at all. It had a smell to it , the chair was in awful condition torn, very dirty I couldn’t even sit in it. I was visiting family and I wanted to have them over to swim in the pool and it was cloudy and green! The cabinet door that had the refrigerator in it was sprung. The shades on the lamps were in poor condition! I requested my room to be cleaned to remove the trash and it was never done the four nights I was there.I would not stay at this hotel again."

"This was one of the best hotel stays I’ve had in a long time. ✨ As soon as I walked into the lobby, the vibe was amazing — it felt like a trendy club with people genuinely enjoying themselves. Honestly, I didn’t even want to go up to my room after checking in. The outdoor lounge area was beautiful, cozy, and had such a romantic atmosphere. My room was perfect and I absolutely loved the layout. The furniture was modern, clean, and refreshing — no outdated look or musty hotel smell. The rain shower was incredibly relaxing, and the bed was soft, plush, and so comfortable. Even though the WXYZ Lounge downstairs was busy and playing music, my room stayed peaceful and quiet the entire night. I will definitely be staying at the Aloft every time I visit Little Rock. 💕 Hell! I think I will go back to Little Rock just to stay at the hotel. "

"The room was nice and clean. The staff was all very friendly and the location ideal for our visit. We went for the annual Toad Suck Daze 5k with a large group. My only negative is that they start breakfast too late for anyone running in the race. They did compromise by offering us cold items, which was appreciated, but you'd think they would anticipate race attendees on this one day every year and have breakfast ready a bit earlier."
