"Very welcoming and well thought out accommodation. Would definitely stay again "

"Place was clean and a good location for Brighton pride parade, but a little far from the village. It has an unusual layout in that two people have to sleep in a separate room through a yard, if they want to go to the toilet/kitchen/lounge they have to pass through the yard and through someone’s bedroom to get to the toilet, it wasn’t a huge issue just unexpected. I’m a deep sleeper so took the room people passed through and slept ok."

"It was ok apart from front of hotel parked in disabled bay and other cars block the drive out and got to reverse out as car blocking drive through exit out also smell of strong drugs when you open your hotel in the morning ( lovely not !! ) not wanted what i wanted to taste in my mouth"

"Great funky hotel, retro hotel in beautiful building, I absolutely loved this hotel, great shopping and I could see the sea from my balcony, close to everything, shops, pier, bus stop, 15/10, loved loved everything."

"Clean, comfortable and perfect location for a quick getaway to Brighton. Will definitely stay here again!"

"I was very pleased with the continental breakfast, which exceeded my expectations."

"Nice room with fantastic view of the West Pier and a large comfortable bed. Lovely staff at Reception, bar and at breakfast - very friendly and helpful. Good cooked breakfast and pastries. Would stay again."

"Friendly professional staff great location on the beach …"

"Very convenient straightforward stay! The ensuite room is very spacious and has a lot of handy extra bits like an iron and hair dryer, and a smart TV! The only downsides I'd say are the noise since its on a main road and poorly sound proofed. It would also be great if they could get a full size mirror Overall great stay!"

"STAFF VERY NICE TO YOU AND ROOM WAS TIDY BUT IT WAS VERY OUT OF DATE NEED NEW FURNITURE"

"Wonderful stay right where we needed it. The staff were all so friendly and the room a great size and stocked with what you need. Parking is mainly residential but there are numerous car parks around. Great food in the pub also!"

"I was very happy with the service. The staff were very helpful . On the day iwas leaving my taxi did not show up , so the girtl at the desk went to hail me a taxi off the street So I caughtt my train."

"Good"

"Great place, convenient location, great view, but it was a bit smelly - have had to wash all my clothes to get rid of the smell. Like some kind of spice???"

"Great staff and close to everything i needed"

"This place is little better than a youth hostel: unwelcoming, grim, dirty and unsafe. You would do better sleeping in a skip. There are no human beings involved in the entire process; all communication is through WhatsApp. Upon "registering" you are presented with a series of additional charges not mentioned on the booking site before "check-in". The "hotel" is completely unmarked on a grotty street just off the beachfront. It apparently operates under multiple names. The front door to the...
