"The receptionist who checked us in that evening was a disaster. She kept saying my account had insufficient funds and treated us horribly. I swiped all my cards, and the problem was the the sheraton POS system. I went to another, much kinder gentleman, and my cards worked perfectly. That woman was deplorable. Then, at checkout, they charged me $79 for breakfast when it should have been half that amount since I had my complimentary voucher, which they said was for use that evening. That Sheraton and its staff are disgusting. Decadent."
