"What breakfast menu? There wasnt much beyond dry cereal that I could see. The vanity light was like a strobe light and the shower, while there was pressure, leaked everywhere because the shower curtain was too short. "

"Everything about my stay was good. The room was clean & smelled clean. That’s a biggie for me. The staff that I came in contact with were very pleasant. If I had anything negative to say it would be about the mattress. It was very soft. I think it’s about time to replace it."

"I honestly enjoyed this place. I was solo traveling and was wanting a comfortable place to stay. I’m very happy I chose this hotel. The staff were really nice. The breakfast was actually a great selection. The beds were comfy. The shower had great water pressure and heat. It was worth the price. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Room and bathroom were very clean. Really appreciated the extra pillow. I have mobility issues and was glad a ground floor room was available. This is the third time I have stayed here. Never disappointed. Only one issue, and I failed to mention it at the desk. The support bar in the shower was unattached to the tub (room #107). I did not have my glasses on and stumbled when I tried to use the bar for support. I was able to work around it. However, when I stay over night in West Plains again, I will stay here."
