"Honestly, blew me out of the water. I wasn’t expecting this to be nearly as nice as it was based off of the price. This has actually been the best hotel experience we’ve experienced since coming to the UK two weeks ago - from the friendly male Indian staff member to the luxurious building/interiors/design to the massive room with lofted ceilings and nice amenities - with details like having our bags sent up to the room and cucumber water in fine glasses at the front - I was thoroughly impressed. And I’m usually quite the critic. Thank you! "
