"Very good staff very helpfull with a query"

"Clean room, easy check in, nice pool ,sauna etc. Good location. Downsides- £7.50 parking overnight parking is too high- why do we have to pay as a guest when room rate is already quite high plus breakfast not included? Pool area by showers and changing room was dirty and full of hair etc. Starbucks breakfast teacake was stale. Easy check out. It's very busy and can get noisy."

"I was pleasantly surprised by this villlage hotel. Nice little touch of canned water, coffee maker with pods. Very clean and friendly staff. Will certainly be booking again."
