"Definitely 5 stars all the way. This hotel would be difficult for persons with mobility issues. Taxis couldn't bring us to the entrance and it's quite steep walking there. Every breakfast was amazing and the views!"

"I loved the quietness and location of the property which is close to the Palace. My room felt like home. Great view of the little Eiffel Tower from the back balcony and from my windows. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only thing that was hard was there is no elevator because of its UNESCO standing and my luggage was 50 pounds - they only had female staff in the morning who were not able to assist. Perhaps hiring a bellboy would be helpful?"

"Delightful reception staff. Beautifully renovated mediaval building with some unique art pieces. To get to upper floors was a bit tedious with need to take two different elevators Breakfast had limited fresh fruit selections. As we stayed for 11 days,we have noticed some days were mediocre, depending on number of guests. Excellent location."

"The room and decor were beautifull with an ornate painted ceiling and stunning wood floor, sadly let down by the bathroom. The room had a very comfy super king size 4 poster bed, sofa with 2 additional period chairs, a dining table for 4. In the corner of the room was a kitchenette, but only cups and glasses even though it had a 2 ring hob! The usual tea, coffee etc. No plates or cutlery or cooking pans. The bathroom was dated and not in a good way. The bidet had been broken and glued...

"This hotel was great to stay in, so beautiful inside. The area is generally quiet. Although up a large hill it is in a decent area however people with mobility issues would struggle with the hill. Would stay in this hotel again and recommend to others."

"Fantastic hotel with lovely staff. Huge space, perfect for a family of four with beautifully painted ceiling. Very quiet - the only thing we heard was the church bells ringing in the mornings and a lovely view over the wooded hill. Great location just below Prague Castle which meant you could beat the crowds in the morning.Everything else within walking distance. We much preferred Mala Strana to the old town which was very busy and seedy in places. We would definitely stay here again and highly...
