The room was big, and the bed was very comfortable and clean. The surrounding area is just marvellous! The mountains, vegetation and towns are breathtaking. I want to come back!"

"Employees need training on Tourism and Customer Service; The last morning the waiter denied more coffee to us, some employees acted arrogant; always missing towels and toilet paper; Like they don't keep track that we were 4 adults; Other Employees were friendly and well hosting guests; there were Not enough hangers for for adult clothes; there were bugs and mosquitoes in the bathroom; the room smelled sewer; the bathroom window was rusty; the door balcony won't open; there were not shadow curtains;...
