We loved it

We had such a great time here! The hotel was in a perfect spot, close to everything we wanted to explore. The staff were so warm and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. Our room was cozy, super clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was great too with lots of choices. We’re definitely coming back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

Every one of the staff was helpful and so friendly. I definitely look forward to my next trip to Boca del Rio and another stay here. I am learning Spanish and the staff did their best to speak to me in Spanish but a little slower so that I could understand and I appreciated that rather than switching to English.

Safe parking, super clean and well maintained facilities. Additionally, the included breakfast was not the usual continental breakfast but a delicious made to order chilaquiles with eggs. Would definitely go back to this hotel…👍

We very much enjoyed our 4 nights at this hotel. It was easy to access, easy parking ( 25 pesos a night) and extremely clean. You can easily walk over to the park. The room was large and the beds were confortable. The breakfast had fruit, breads, cereal , eggs, a variety of other dishes.

Very nice place, quiet and we were able to relax, the facilities were super well maintained, will definitely come back.

The staff is really friendly, the restaurant offers traditional meals from Veracruz and the breakfast buffet is a fantastic way to start the day, it includes great "antojitos" and freshly baked bread. Our room was cozy, we were facing the Mercado de Artesanias, it was nice to see the palm trees and people enjoy their days. The hotel is located next to a bus stop, so if you're willing to step out of your comfort zone you can ride different buses that bring you to different tourist destinations...

Just a nice hotel that’s well maintained with great staff and great food. Oh. And a great spa. Perfect for a romantic getaway too!

The hotel was exellent everything is super new and the staff is great. Super clean! The only thing that the hotel needs to mention more is that is SUPER FAR from the airport! The taxi took 30-40 minutes to arrive and we tought the worst because is around an empty area. The hotel is awsome and great but take that into consideration. Love the stay!
