"It was ok, it's an old hotel, the shower had no hot water and it was kind of hard to get in the bathtub. The water leaked everywhere from the shower to the floor and outside to the si I area. Towels looked gray, not white. They were very old and didn't look very clean because of the grayish colour. "

It seems that the last time the rooms were renovated was at least 20 years ago. The staff is nice, the location is great as you can access a variety of restaurants and local dancers etc. "

"Everything is this hotel is top notch, from the bellboy to the reception desk. We do visit Veracruz quite often 3 or 4 times a year and we always choose this hotel for our stay. The swimming pool is great and the service there is fantastic. "
