"Just home from a lovely holiday in this large spacious villa. Air conditioning was great throughout the house other than in the two downstairs bedrooms in the garage which were both very hot but the large fans provided helped. The kitchen had everything we needed and we had a lovely bbq whilst we were there. Some areas of the villa are slightly run down and need some maintaining. "We know this area well now, it's just perfect. Location great, all within walking distance and if you are looking for a relaxing holiday with plenty to do within walking distance, this is perfect. Very safe for teens to explore also, we absolutely love San Pedro Del Pinatar if you haven't been you will too. It's not Brits abroad which we love, unlike Torreveja just up the road. Half an hour to Cartagena and 45 minutes drive to Murcia if you want to visit a city. You could quite easily just...
