"Great location, two minutes from the centre, railway station, shopping centre, great bars and shopping, 20 minute walk to the old town and marina. Hotel was tired but pretty clean, we parked at Osbourne St multistory £3 for 24hours and one minute away. All the staff were super friendly and helpful"

"Really lovely apartment in an ideal location. We will definitely stay there again. Our only word of advice is that the hotels parking is quite a distance from the accommodation. We didn't use it when we realised how far away it was and used incredibly well located pay parking (cheaper overnight than the hotels parking) directly opposite the apartments. But other than that it was perfect - with an incredibly comfortable bed. "

"When we arrived there was no heating and no hot water. Property had been empty before and it was cold to the core. Ther was no instructions on how to switch on the heating (electric heaters with time setting) and no instructions for hot water. We eventually got a message 6 hours after checkin with a picture to show where to switch on the water heater. Main heater in the bedroom was never fixed - engineer was booked but never arrived. Portable heater on full all day can't be safe?"
