"I liked that it was within walking distance to the train station. I was going to a concert at Hull City Hall which the hotel was also very handy for. The staff on Reception were friendly and helpful. Also the people waiting on me at breakfast were attentive and nothing was a problem for them. I was made to feel very welcome and the breakfast itself was hot and delicious. I would recommend this hotel very much. "
"Lovely, clean apartment. Excellent and prompt communication via telephone. Spacious and modern. Only downside was parking, there are 11 spots for 20 units, not advertised on expedia. You didn't find out til after pre check-in which caused some headache. But when we got there, parking lot was empty so we were able to park. If you have big cars, I'd choose elsewhere because it has a vey narrow entrance and tons of pillars for a small area. Would recommend though."

"Easy location to find and plenty of free parking. Rooms are comfortable and well maintained. Staff super friendly but professional. Pub next door is great value and plenty of options. Easy to walk in Hedon centre and £10 gets you a taxi to Hull Centre. Absolutely amazing value!"

"Beautiful property with excellent hosts. John and Katy greeted us in person and even allowed us to check in slightly earlier. Immaculate accomodation with a very personal touch, a welcome hamper & even a basket of treats for out dog and a fenced area for the dog too. Thoroughly recommend, a great base for exploring the local area."
