We had a family double room for 3 adult and it’s roomy and comfortable. Right on Gran Via so it’s so easy for shopping and dining. The hotel has a roof top bar which has a beautiful view of Madrid. It’s an excellent place to spend the evening with friends/family. The breakfast is GREAT with very nice setting and excellent varieties. Very happy with our stay.

We spent one night here after a football game before flying home to the States. It was a perfect location to Vincente Calderon stadium, walking distance, very easy. The room was a good size, with very comfortable beds and a nice sized bathroom. We ate at the restaurant downstairs after the game. It was busy, but the staff was very gracious while we waited offering a drink at the bar and light snacks, as well as a complimentary appetizer once we were seated to make up for the wait. Lovely...

Hotel is amazing! Location, all renewed (hotel and room), spacious room, parking lot on-site($21), nice reception service, open 24h!!! Plus: great social area for coffee and work over the reception. Two negative points: # I tried to manage the room temperature from the room and it did not work. It is December so it is not a problem but maybe it would be an issue if it was summer. # there was some hair on the floor and in the bathroom sink, shower.. I believe cleaning could be improved.

As noted in other reviews this hotel is in a residential area which equates to a quiet and secure stay. Very attentive and helpful staff at all levels. We stayed here at the beginning of our stay and then again tens days later prior to leaving for a total of five nights. Both times were wonderful. The breakfast is expansive and complete. We had a short stay here, however it was perfect. The room was very spacious and clean. The lobby was lovely and the staff was very welcoming. Would definitely stay here again!

I am a fan of Barcelo hotels but not of this one, i felt a little disappointed for the cost of the stay, but being in Madrid explained why is such this way. I uber most of the time and cost varies depending on time of the day but with a big increment for busy hours, the room was comfortable and quiet we had street view. Later in my stay i discovered that the metro stationPlaza Castilla, was in walking distance from there but I can’t say much because did not ride the it. There are few options...

From reading the latest reviews, I already knew there was construction going on but it didn’t really interrupt my stay as I was out during the day. The room was beautiful and I’m glad I chose the room with a bigger balcony to have better range of view. I appreciate housekeeping for checking in whenever I forgot to leave the door sign and they always completed my request if I needed replacement of supplies. The only time I heard other people was when I was out on the balcony obviously, but not so...

Hotel and staff are nice. The only quirk is that it requires taking two separate elevators in different parts of the building to get to your room, but no huge deal. Staff and amenities are nice. Breakfast is amazing and definitely worth the added cost. My wife got pregnant here, so 10/10 recommended the bed.

Really loved staying here! We booked pretty late for our trip so we knew that this hotel was not near the city center. However it was a 5 min walk to the nearest metro station and then a 30 min metro ride to the center of Madrid which goes by a lot faster than you think. Staff went beyond expected to accommodate our requests when we needed for unexpected events.

This hotel was fantastic. It would be fabulous if it were located in a better location, closer to old Madrid. We stayed there as we were attending a Real Madrid game. It was close to the metro, and the amenities and staff were great. It is located in a quite, residential neighborhood with no nightlife and few restaurant choices.

Ideal location for hopping on/off Metro. *Airport easy access - #8 train to #10 - one stop and short walk to hotel (r/t - 9€). Close to bakeries, wine bars, local grocery store (great wine prices). Room was modern, beds dreamy and desk w comfort chair to work. Service: Friendly & helpful. 6:00AM the restaurant not yet open and my Krupp maker did not work - so desk manager delivered my "perfect coffee" pronto & with a smile! Would definitely stay here again - one night not enough.

Muy bueno

The hotel itself was great. Breakfast was excellent. The only downside was that we had to walk a good 20 to 30 minutes to get to any of the popular tourist spots. But overall, we had a lovely stay there. And the rooftop deck and pool was a really nice place to go and relax.
