"The room is very spacious and in great condition. I found that the beds were not the comfiest place to sleep on nor was the pillows, but it wasn’t unbearable. The hotel was budget friendly and we don’t expect anything fancy. Nonetheless, my sister and I still found the hotel a good place to stay, especially since it was so close to the Principo Pio station! The location of the hotel was in a generally safe areal and its close to the Palace!"

"Having just completed a 2 night stay with my family and another family with children, I can honestly say this has to be one of the best value for money properties near Madrid city center. The property and rooms were nice. Clean and modern with enough amenities. But the hospitality is really what sets this place apart. Everyone we interacted with was so kind, welcoming and always went out of their way to help. Specifically, I want to thank Yuvi, Mavīa, and Wojtek for all of their help, recommendations, and assistance. We spent and Tuesday and Wednesday night there with young children in July. It was quiet at night and early mornings. We were within very short walking distance to restaurants, groceries, pharmacies, coffee shops, and parks. For anyone who struggles walking uphill, keep in mind you will inevitably need to walk up hill regardless of where you stay or which direction you go. Thank you for a lovely stay!"

"Hotel was beautiful, very clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location. We really enjoyed our stay. The only downside was the check-in experience. Traveling from Panama to Spain with a 7-hour time difference, all you want after a long journey is to get into your room and rest. Check-in was scheduled for 3:00 PM, but we arrived at 2:30 PM and didn’t receive our room until around 4:20 PM. For the first 40 minutes, the staff said they couldn’t find our reservation because it had been made through Expidia. Once they located it, we were told the room still wasn’t ready. Aside from the delayed check-in, everything else was excellent, and we had a wonderful stay."
