"The garden view and fireplace were both lovely. Overall, the room was clean, but the carpet was a big turn off and in desperate need of replacement. Whomever was working the front desk was not friendly. We had to say hello to her first and before we could even get complete sentences out she jumped to “didn’t you get the text?!” It was not a pleasant start at all. We had been out enjoying our day and hadn’t taken the time to check our SMS/email. She could’ve had way better customer service about it."

"Great hotel for families, staff very friendly and always willing to help. Some amenities need to be renovated or upgraded. Breakfast very good, great coffee, only let down the fruits. Good restaurants on site. Lot of activities for adults or families. Highly recommended!"

"We stayed in a 2 bedroom premier villa which was comfortable and clean. Very quiet and relaxing property with friendly staff. The resort accommodation is very spread out. Be prepared to drive down to the main resort building if your villa is on the other side of the property. In saying that, you could walk it ( a bit of a hike) or they do have a shuttle type of sevice which we didn't use this time. We just found it easier just to drive down. We had buffet breakfast which was fresh and nice, no complaints there 😋 We also had dinner at the bar and bistro. The food was quick and reasonably priced. We have found it very peaceful and loved watching the kangaroos hop about the place. We have stayed here twice now and will definitely stay there again in the future. "

"We really enjoyed our stay, spacious clean and comfy room, great location in the heart of Pokolbin and a great price, very walkable to many winieries. My only criticism, we stayed for 3 nights, no one told us rooms were only seviced on request, this should be communicated at checkin or a note in the room."

"We loved our stay! Beautiful room with a great view of the vineyard. The area was quiet, the bed was comfortable & the room amenities were well thought out. The only issue was the water temp in the shower. It was unstable, running scorching hot then freezing basically the whole time the shower was on. Honestly though, not a huge issue considering all the positives with our stay."

"A really well situated property close to Peterson House which was our meeting point for our hot air balloon ride at 5am in the morning. Comfy beds, beautiful spa bath and clean apartment but a little outdated. It needs a good touch up especially the furniture in the loungeroom. Pool area also very nice and we were close to Harrigans pub and restaurant. "
