"It's right beside the buc-ee's so I felt pretty safe it's lit up nice parking is easy with the light right there to gas was super convenient even just for snacks /souvenirs atmosphere was quiet rooms where cleaned daily check in was a breeze as well as check out breakfast was a plus and convenient offering waffles muffins bagels that sort of stuff for a simple stay it was worth it."

"Hotel was fine. Room was mostly clean and quiet. Easy check in. The first room door key did not work. They just transferred us to another room. No breakfast or any thing it is just a place to sleep. "

"DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! We were visiting Morristown for a family wedding. We made our reservations at this hotel in January 2023 and paid by credit card at that time. When we arrived at the hotel, we were informed by the front desk lady that they would not accept the rate that was listed on hotels.com. They said that Econolodge rejected the price and cancelled our reservation. (I had called Econolodge 2 hours before we checked in to confirm our reservation and they confirmed the reservation.) ...

"The guy at the front desk was great. The room was basic... VERY basic. The WiFi didn't work, the beds were ok but upon checking for bed bugs I found that the mattress were very dirty and stained no bugs tho. They were also very worn. The bathroom was horrible. Very small. The tub and shower looked like they had not been cleaned in forever. The area around the hotel was ok. Not bad, just ok.I would not stay here long term, but as a place to sleep it was ok."

"The indoor pool is fabulous. Open really late. Not even sure it closes. The hotel itself was pretty nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The balcony was a nice place to hang out during the evenings when the sun goes down. Overall this was a very pleasant stay and I’ll definitely stay again in the future. "

Nice break from parkway traffic and we loved being able to come back mid-day for a pool (and spending!) break before going out in the evening. Clean, well kept, great staff & facility. "

"Front desk staff, breakfast and cleaning staff. Additionally, my mother left her phone charger in the room. The cleaning staff turned it over to the front desk and we were contacted immediately. "Stayed here three nights with my family. We really enjoyed the ease of getting around Pigeon Forge both by car and walking. We liked the convenience of three pools and all were well maintained by staff. The rooms were basic, but worked for our needs, AC was cold and awesome after the hot days. Breakfast had a good variety, just needed more fruit. It got busy quick, so best to go early. Check in and check out was super easy. We look forward to coming back here! "

"We love taking our grandchildren to the Music Road Inn. The staff are friendly and accommodating, rooms and hallways are very clean. The pool and lazy river are a big hit with the grandkids, always clean and well maintained. Breakfast is a plus, just suggest they stop watering sown the orange juice it was sugared water. We stay here often and would definitely recommend to families wanting a fun filled vacation. Again, kudos to the staff for a job well done!😊"
