"Shaneka is a wonderful host who is prompt in all communications. The condo is very well located and a minute's walk from the beach. Great restraunts and other points of interest at the island are all a short drive away. All amenities were well thought of and we had a pleasant stay overall. The only hitch we had was the AC, which did not work during our stay. But to the host's credit, maintenence was informed and they came to fix it, albeit unsuccessfully. "The condo was comfortable, clean and had a good variety of kitchenware. The front deck was great but given the hot sun a porch umbrella would have been appreciated. The boardwalk to the beach was well lit and maintained, and as advertised it was only 2 minute walk to the beach. Communication with the rental agent could have been better since instructions on getting into the complex and door code did not arrive until one day in advance. My messages to her went unanswered until then. However,...

"Hilton head, beach resort and tennis club was exactly as described. The property was clean, and perfectly situated for the beach and pool. The pool was the biggest pool I had seen seen anywhere. I highly recommend this."

"We had only a few days to get away and this little condo on the beach was the perfect place for two. Every morning we walked the peaceful beach and every night we enjoyed the sounds of the ocean before bed. This condo is just the right size for 2 people to enjoy. Will definitely stay again. "The condo was very nice, exactly as described. It has games for kids, and adults. The kitchen is well stocked! There is a little porch that was nice to sit out on. There is an indoor pool inside this building. The pools are big and nice and clean. There is a deli at one of the pools and a tiki bar at the end of the boardwalk by the beach that has great food! The owner is very nice and informative! Overall it was a nice, short vacation. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The Spa at Port Royal is very quiet and easy to drive all over Hilton Head. Enjoyed our stay thoroughly....only recommendation is to get some new pillows on all beds. Thanks so much for sharing your space!"

"As others have said this is a small place, but it gets the job done. The pickleball courts are right across the way and we used them a lot. Unfortunately, the large pool was broken for a couple of days, but once working it was great. The walk to the beach was easy, as well. I would recommend this place."

"Small 2 bed 2 bath apartment. Better suited for 4 rather than 6 but we made it work. Internet router had to be rebooted once. Towels and bedding provided and clean. Washing machine and dryer a little loud, dryer needs to run twice for towels. Overall nice place for just under a week to stay when visiting for the beach. All remote check in and check out, no person to person contact."
