"We’ve been vacationing in the area for 30+ years and this is our first time on Fripp. The villa is above the islands convenience store and gift shop. There is an outside elevator but unknown how to use it. When we arrived we found that we needed a code to access the rental that was not provided. Communication was through text so it was easy to communicate but took some time. First night was great although it would be nice if there were extra blankets. "the check in process was very easy, the villa was as described and comfortable. check out was easy. We had one issue with the refrigerator not working properly but maintenance came and helped and it was resolved by morning. "

"Central location that was convenient to all that Fripp had to offer. We rented a golf cart to get around. We ate at the restaurants on the island, loved both Bonito Boathouse and The Beach Club ( thanks Camryn ). Beach access was convenient and not crowded. Enjoyed the live music at The Sandbar. Great first trip to Fripp Island and we will be back!"

"The check in process at the resort was terrible. No parking pass at the front gate. Had to go to the guest services to get the pass and then go get back in line at the front gate. The amenities cards were not waiting for us at the unit as promised. Had to go back to guest services to get them. If we had arrived after 9:00 PM as originally planned, we would not have been able to check in the first night because we would not have been allowed to drive on to the island. "Property was clean, beautiful place to stay ocean front, convenient to pool, and other amenities. Garage was convenient to property. Refrigerator didn’t maintain cold temperature, repair was requested and service personnel came out twice to check up on it. It needs to be fully repaired or replaced. Outlet receptacles in bedroom bathrooms and patio were not working. Provided the feedback to rental management company for awareness and repair."
