"Very friendly staff greeted us. Opened door to rental and was overcome with mildew smell. Carpet needed to be replaced, walls needed fresh paint, holes in bedroom wall needed to be repaired. Screened in porch was filthy. Exterior doors and porch had dirt and many cobwebs. Terrific location to beach and restaurants. Bike and walking trails were lovely. Would definitely come back if we had different rental!"

"Lovely hotel with pool, bar & restaurant. Standard rooms with two queens are comfy & suitable, but not massive, so don’t expect extra space. Decor is clean and pleasant & well maintained but I wouldn’t say it’s very modern. The pool area with sun beds is lovely. The hotel have plenty of beach towels which you can also borrow for your day at the beach. If you book including breakfast you get a voucher which entitles each guest to 1 drink and 1 breakfast entree. Any extras you pay for. Breakfast entrees include French toast or pancakes and bacon with biscuits & gravy and other choices - so all very nice and delicious. Cocktails are around $15 each - so you can gage pricing. All staff are pleasant. We had a lovely stay but had to leave a day early as the weather was appalling. Hotel were very flexible with us - with thanks."

"Staff was absolutely amazing very nice. Room was clean and fully stocked. We didn’t use the pool or eat breakfast so I cannot speak on that. They seem to have elevator issues it kept getting stuck in between floors for a few minutes before adjusting and I think the ac was out for the hotel but rooms were fine!"

"Amazing from start to finish. Ricardo, bellhop/valet was outstanding. Took our car, grabbed our luggage and delivered to the room. spoke with him daily and gave recommendations. upon leaving, he grabbed our car while we were in Starbucks and found us in there. Loaded our stuff while we got our coffee. Concierge helped us navigate. We were able to check in early. Massages were great. We did room service breakfast one morning, fabulous. AWESOME!"
