"Very friendly staff greeted us. Opened door to rental and was overcome with mildew smell. Carpet needed to be replaced, walls needed fresh paint, holes in bedroom wall needed to be repaired. Screened in porch was filthy. Exterior doors and porch had dirt and many cobwebs. Terrific location to beach and restaurants. Bike and walking trails were lovely. Would definitely come back if we had different rental!"

"Overall we were very happy with the stay. The room was a bit warm and the AC didn't function, in my opinion, properly but we were only there for 1 night so it wasn't too much trouble."

"Loved stay but check-in process was a little frustrating because parking garage was tiny and full and very tight thankfully there was the overflow parking across the street. It would be helpful to have 2-3 more unload and load up parking spaces in the parking garage and more luggage carts It would be helpful for guess to know before arriving where to go to unload and check-in. But loved the stay and access to beach and restaurants. Loved the benches to sit and relax in front of hotels!!"

"Beautiful place to stay to visit Charleston. Convenient shuttle to downtown daily, runs till nighttime. Nice to visit Isle of Palms and Sullivans Island. Charleston’s history and architecture are captivating. Charleston Museum is the first museum in US and a must visit."

"Over all the accommodations were satisfactory, but did not measure up to my expectations. I had anticipated a more luxurious astrosphere than the property presented. General upkeep of the facility was poor. During my week’s stay our room was not cleaned daily and when visited by the housekeeping staff they failed to complete the minimum duties. i.e. - the refrigerator freezer had 2-3” of ice in it on arrival and was never defrosted. - the floor was only swept once and never mopped accept after I went out and requested they return to at least sweep. - they made the beds once - failed to leave toiletries accept for furnishing towels My room was supposed to be a handicap room but did not even meet the minimum ADA requirements. No handrails in the shower or near the toilet. However the desk did offer a shower chair upon request. Front desk and main lobby staff were outstanding in their duties and friendliness."
