Across quiet street from sandy beach.

  • This small cottage features a charming bedroom, bath, and kitchen, as well as a relaxing front room and outdoor space for grilling.

    Recently purchased and refurbished, the 1947 cottage received all-new furniture and new interior paint.

    Note: From October 2025 to November 2026 (with a break for Summer 2026), the Sunset Beach Sanitary District will be improving the sewer system under the greenbelt across from the cottage. This does not effect parking or beach access and is largely underground.

I like this property due to its beach proximity, price point and provided parking space. Everything one needs is provided. It's not high end luxury, but it serves the purpose of allowing one to drop into Sunset Beach and immediatel frel at home there. The home is dated, but well maintained.

Super cute and super clean. Exactly what I needed for a little getaway across the street from the beach. The public access to the beach is across the street. I loved this spot. Can be a little noisy on busy street but it didn’t bother me. Impressed with how clean and fresh! Host answered several questions very timely. Would return!

The house was great and the location was perfect!! Robert was extremely helpful and answered any and all questions very quickly. There was even a very sweet gift basket of goodies when we arrived.

Great spot!

Second time staying in this bungalow. Close to everything starting right off with the beach. You can walk everywhere and leave your car parked. Good restaurants in both directions.

Yes, the place is very comfortable, and its location is great. The beach is right across the street. It's a hidden jem. We felt safe along with the area being friendly. We chose this area because its low key but in a short drive you can find plenty of entertainment. Having a parking spot right in front is a plus. The owners are a phone call away but never had to call them because everything is taking care of. Thank you and yes, we will plan to stay there again.

Right across the street from sunset beach. Clean, comfortable. Has beach chairs and towels to use. Walkable to a number of restaurants. Owner was responsive and helpful. Great price. We would stay here again.

5 stars isn't enough to show how satisfied we were with this property! The house was super clean with a great beachy vibe. We loved having access to the beach so close to the house. The beach chairs and beach towels were a plus! Our family had a great time during our short stay on Huntington Beach.

Sunset Beach stay

This is a very nicely kept older property. The house was appointed with everything we needed, from kitchen supplies to beach gear. The size is ideal for two people; it is directly across the road from the beach access. Our host was very responsive when consulted but not intrusive at all. Great location.
