"I really like the housekeeping. I was out all day and when I got back to the room later In the evening. My room was refreshed, lights were on and TV. Making the whole stay feeling more welcoming. The whole staff worked with each other as if they were a family. I will continue to stay at this property in the future"

"Great customer service. Room was clean, and good size for 2 people. There was one day when I didn’t get housekeeping and I didn’t receive a receipt upon check out. The woman who checked the mini bar, did make sure I got housekeeping shortly after. It was a good location next to the Mercedes Benz stadium but the train cause so much noise. I was also charged for the mini bar. Didn’t think I’d be charged for using the disposable cups but I guess it cost me $16 for using it, even though I did not take anything else from the mini bar. Valet was easy, I loved the option to request your car from the link and then an option to tip through the link too. That was convenient! Shout-out to Angela who did gave great customer service checking us in."

"Pros: Friendly and helpful associates, clean and in a good location in downtown ATL. Cons: The kitchen could not keep up with the breakfast crowd. They ran out of silverware, plates and there were trays of food that were never refilled. The bed was probably the hardest bed I've ever slept on. My body was sore after only one night."
