Check in was quick & easy. Front desk attendant recommended several great places for dinner by the River. The hotel is within walking distance to shopping, trolley tour depot & tons of restaurants. Loved that the hotel supplies each room with firm & soft pillows. (Beds are very comfortable) Note: Monday thru Wednesday- Happy Hour in Lobby

The location of the hotel is close to all of the tourist attractions of Savannah. Nice walkable distance to most of the attractions. The staff were accommodating, very nice people. The room and the bathroom were clean and nice too. Overall, the stay, hotel, and the staff made my family’s visit to Savannah pleasurable and memorable.

Beautiful; well laid out floor plan for lobby and rooms. Even though here during busy St. Patrick’s Day festivities we never felt or experienced delays. The Front Desk and restaurant staff were attentive and positive with their customer service.

The parking was convenient but I didn’t like the fact we had to pay $40 a night to park at the same property we already paying for our room.

Historical area

Loved the roof top pool. Also so fun in the evening listening to music and watching freighters pass by.

Lovely historic hotel with nice bar. Great location. Very welcoming and helpful man at check in. Person at check out was not. The contrast was startling. The room was spacious and lovely with a great shower.

Great place . Staff was so friendly. They have shuttle service that you can use for free. Parking is $20 instead of $30 plus at other places. Close enough to walk to town and parks.

Great spot able to walk to many restaurants and shopping. Parking was at another hotel but still ok. Like that they had a conceirge to help with things to do in area.

This property has preserved as much of its history as possible. The rooms are cozy with all the necessary amenities like individual thermostat, tv, and refrigerator. Bath robes are available in the closet. There is entertainment each night. We listened to a pianist and guitarist as well as a historian. We would definitely come back again. The only suggestions I have are getting blackout curtains that are the exact size of the window. A lot of light comes in in the morning. Everything was clean, but the floors could’ve definitely used another run through with the broom. Other than that, it was excellent.

Great location next to the waterfront of Savannah GA! Very cool, historical building and area. Loved the walkability and all the attractions in the area.

Slept really well. We had a balcony and it was wonderful. Only negative thing was looking out from the balcony, the pool was not pleasing to look at. I understand it is winter, however, a cover can be placed over top. Room was clean, bath supplies were amazing. Kind of wish we had stayed here the entire time we were in Savannah.

We stayed here in late April just two weeks after the hotel opened. It is a beautiful property and amazingly clean. The staff were really helpful and the location is great. We would happily stay here again.

The location was perfect. We walked to the riverfront and felt safe. Walgreen, shopping and places to eatwere near. Also, the Civil Rights Museum was in walking distance, Popeyes,Wendy's and etc...
