"We have been to Seoul many times and I think this hotel is one of my favorite hotels so far. Hotel is very clean and well maintained and the staff are super friendly and helpful. It also shares the building with Hyundai Outlet Mall so shopping is very convenient. If you need glasses, there is an optometry station on B1 in the mall in front of the escalators and they are very friendly and for basic glasses, you can get them within 20-30 minutes for a fraction of the cost in the states. There is a convenience store in the lobby (CU), however, it seems to be out of stock very easily because so many people in the hotel shop there. There are many convenience stores right around the hotel so this is not really that big of a deal. One thing to note is that the lobby is on the 14th floor where you check in and check out, but the concierge is on the first floor.. Transportation is super easy from the hotel as you have access to four different subway lines within minutes of walking and bus stations going in every direction. There is also a taxi station on the main road in front of Doota Mall which is next door. There are also many very good restaurants in the alleys around the hotel. Highly recommend!"
