"Great location if you want to be insadong - right on top of the mall -shops and restaurants all around - Keep in mind, its quite a touristy area - which is a good and bad thing (good = a lot of things in English, bad = more expensive). Whilst it is close to train stations, it is a bit of a walk to the well connected ones. Hotel itself is good, but we found a few cleaning issues with our room (disgusting yellow grime all around the outside of the sink - looked like a year of buildup + some other minor things) - but it was all cleaned straight away once asked. Room was practical and easily accomodated 3 people in our 1 queen + 1 single room."

"A disgusting hotel with tiny rooms that made me wish we had instead stayed in a homeless shelter. If one needed to go to the toilet at night, they’d have to climb over their partner as there was no soace between the bed and the wall at the foot of the bed. Breakfast was nauseating — one would need a straw to consume the eggs. And it’s maddening that this hellhole was more expensive than other better located hotels with really nice rooms. We learned this when we reached our threshold for misery and checked out after two days. I’m 40 years of business travel, I have never done this before. I will never stay in a Travelodge again, even if I have to stay home."

"There was a very disappointing mistake by the hotel when I arrived. I had paid a full extra night to check in early after an early flight, but my room was not available. The hotel refused to reimburse me, but provided free breakfast for the rest of my stay. The hotel was clean, staff friendly after my initial encounter, and in an excellent location for exploring the city. Unusually strict pool booking procedure bearing in mind there was no one in there?"
