"There was bird poop all over my balcony. The view was not of the Burj as advertised but actually another building and kids pool. When I asked to cancel after holding the reservation only about 3 hours they refused and kept the money, even though Expedia was advocating for me. Basically thievery. Never stay at this hotel there are so many better options around."
