"Amazing hotel! "

"Hotel is in very busy and noisy traffic environment, car beeping day and night 24/7 cannot sleep at all with open window , the room Ac is controlled centrally and is preset for 26/27c°, No in room temperature control at all just info panel, Breakfast is almost the same every day but is okay low end quality, never used the hotel parking, 2 members of staff were helpfull but they were limited of what they could do! as everything is in the manager's hand who we didn't see at all during our stay for 12th days ! We requested help and never seen the manager! Didn't bother to see the struggling guests who couldn't shower for days! We had to go shower in other hotels! Because the water is either hot boiling in one sec and freezing cold in the other sec!!UNTIL LAST DAY Takwa and Mustafa, thank you, I would never stay at this property again, stay away! PLEASE BE AWARE! AND DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! CONSIDER OUR WORDS BECAUSE WE SUFFERED THERE!"
