" My Stay at Ramada Encore by wyndham sisli recently Unfortunately, our experience at the hotel has been extremely disappointing, and several issues have significantly affected the quality of our stay: • The rooms are very noisy, and the windows cannot be opened. When closed, the heating system remains fixed at 27°C, making the room uncomfortable. We stayed on floor 6th and we can hear every single beep and shouting from 6am to early morning! Unbelievable to survive! • From the beginning of our stay, the shower water has alternated between freezing cold and boiling hot every few seconds, making it impossible to shower safely. Despite reporting this issue on the first day, no assistance or resolution has been provided. It was the same the day I left. I simply didn't shower, I used to go to another hotel to shower and do spa. • The breakfast selection is nearly identical every day, the rush to clear the table and some staff moaned about the coffee I am filling to drink! • Basic amenities such as tissue boxes and complimentary water bottles are not provided. Instead, guests are asked to pay for water, which should be included as a standard service. • I have repeatedly requested to speak with the manager, but I have not received any response to date. These issues have caused considerable discomfort and distress during what should have been a pleasant stay. I stayed more than 10 days, please avoid uncless you can cope with HEAT, NOISE, NO SHOWER!! PLEASE DON'T GO THERE!!"

The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were extremely polite and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was fresh with a good variety of options, and we especially enjoyed the quality and presentation. Overall, we were very satisfied and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul."
