Emre at the concierge desk was extremely helpful and so was Zeki Yusufoglu who arranged a lovely breakfast for us at 3:30 am for our early morning flight. Nasiba,the lovely lady in red was very knowledgeable as she gave us a tour of the palace. The breakfast was vast and fresh and delicious. Rooms very clean and grand and room service was impeccable. Would stay here again. Highly recommend it. "

Concierge very helpful to arrange Bosporus cruise . Breakfast was fantastic and was included in the room, it is a standard in Istanbul. Very nice people and beautiful city. Will definitely come back and stay with intercontinental again. One of the best stays with Expedia over the past 5 years and maybe 10 years."
