"Truly exceptional from start to finish. Our stay at Raffles Istanbul was flawless in every way. The room was absolutely stunning—spacious, serene, and beautifully designed with an incredible attention to detail. The heated bathroom floors were such a luxurious touch, especially after the spa, and everything from the lighting to the finishes felt intentional and elevated. The entire space felt calm, refined, and incredibly comfortable. The spa experience was unforgettable. My Husband and I did the hammam together, and it was hands down one of the best we’ve ever had. The women who performed our treatments were absolutely amazing—so skilled, attentive, and nurturing. I truly wish I remembered their names because they deserve special recognition. The ritual was deeply relaxing, grounding, and beautifully executed, leaving us both feeling completely renewed. A huge heartfelt shout-out to Kutay, the Concierge Manager. He was incredibly personable and genuinely caring, with a rare talent for making you feel instantly at home. His warmth, thoughtfulness, and seamless communication elevated our entire stay and made every experience effortless. Raffles Istanbul sets the gold standard for luxury hospitality. "This is is my second time staying at the Melas and as always we had a beautiful time . The staff upon checkin in particular samet was great checked us smoothly, provided the VIP benefits and the complimentary breakfast was absolutely awesome and heart warming so thank you ☺️.. room was good we had issues with the light of the kettle which needs changing and the housekeeping gentleman fixed the knob of the shower quickly.. I would strongly recommend checking the floors as we were in the 07th floor mom smoking however can still smell smoking please look into a strong air freshener but overall very pleased with the stay returning back in the summer with 2 rooms bookings so thank you for the good hospitality "

"The location is excellent, very close to Dolmabahçe Palace with great dining options nearby. Our room with a Bosphorus view was a highlight—the window sills are unusually spacious, making them a perfect spot to sit with a laptop and tea while enjoying the scenery. The room was spotless and thoughtfully equipped; small touches like mouthwash and proper shoe bags stood out compared to other high-end hotels. The bathroom was clean, large, and featured a bidet. Breakfast was very good with top-notch service. Special thanks to Derya, who noticed my wife preferred her tea prepared a specific way (subcontinental style). She asked detailed questions and ensured it was served that way the next day. That level of care was remarkable. For improvement, the breakfast chicken options (ham/sausage) felt a bit processed; a chicken kebab would be a healthier addition. More daily variation, such as rotating paratha into the Indian section instead of just rice, would also be welcome. Service across the hotel was excellent, from the front desk to the bellhops. A special mention for Bülent Karağaç, who helped us daily with taxis and showed genuine kindness to our kids. Overall, the exceptional service truly elevated our family stay. Highly recommended."
