"Comfortable apartment with lift and free parking "

"The apartment was lovely, comfortable & spotlessly clean. Although compact, there was everything we could possibly need for our four night stay. Close to amenities & a nice walk to the beach & pier at Boscombe."

"There is nothing to fault at this property. Everything you need for your stay has been thought of. The studio is spotless with good quality furniture and bed linen. Great communication with the host Roz who was very accommodating and friendly. We had a relaxing and happy stay and would not hesitate to highly recommend this property to anyone. We hours to revisit soon. "

"Spectacular apartment in a superb location. On the coastal road, cliff top. Beach below just across the road. 2 minute walk to a super pub/restaurant - The Spyglass & Kettle. Apartment was clean. There are a couple of things that need attention, water pressure is quite bad and although the bathroom is spectacular, it would take hours to fill the bath and the shower heads need replacing. I did bring this up with the provider so we shall see if they follow my advice! Communication could be better...

"We had a lovely few days at the apartment. It was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t good enough to allow us to get out on to the extensive balcony with views of swanage and the sea. All in all, a fine few days."

"Great apartment, well equipped and decorated to an excellent standard- central location near to lots of shops cafes bars etc But - access to apartment not great - nearby properties run down etc Description doesn’t quite make clear that when the single room is set up for 2 adults, one single bed is very small and not really suitable for an adult and room is very very small - but we managed - rest of space was great 😊"

"It is not used to use the same towels during the stay and a bit remote from city center. The room is too small for two person and the ceiling is low for tall guy. The advantages are quite, safe and close to supermarket."

"The apartment was satisfactory, was in a great location and our stay was quiet and event free. The only downside was the smell in the entire unit, of sewer gas, especially in the bathroom. Also, a light was burnt out in the bathroom, making it very dark. Otherwise, it was good for a night or two but probably not much longer."

"I arrived and the boiler was not working. They weren't able to help. (they don't have anybody on site of the property ever. I had to try myself.) I then had to wait for 5 DAYS expecting and being told each day that an engineer would come to fix it. Nobody ever came. Whilst I had to wait in the apartment throughout that time for somebody to come, expecting someone to. But they kept breaking their word. I've honestly never met a company less bothered about their property not having working heating...

"Lovely well-kept apartment in a central location. Easy to locate. Both paid and free parking available nearby. The small welcome hamper was a nice touch. However the flat doesn’t have a dishwasher. Also the sofa bed mattress a bit worn out as we could feel the springs! "

"Stayed with 3 friends whilst doing the Jurassic Coast Challenge. Apartment was in a very handy position, walking distance to Swanage. Large comfortable rooms, loads of toys for children and fully stocked kitchen. We were in Flat 2 and was confused as to which driveway we should be in but met another resident who told us where to go and how to get in. Very comfortable accommodation although the shower was a bit temperamental going hot then cold until it had been running a while and water pressure...

"Stayed with family & friends 4 nights and can’t fault the apartment, part of a purposefully refurbished block for short stays. About 25 mins walk to the pier, cheap overnight parking round the corner and local shops combined with a fair price made an excellent base for our stay."
