"We have been with VRBO for over 12 years and never had a bad experience until now. This is a hotel room basically. The room is listed through an agency that cannot do English and they don't get involved. They referred us to the hotel property manager and the process of getting info was horrible. lengthy, confusing, frustrating. It is a two bedroom apt, all things worked. "着いた時からチェックアウトまで、レセプションの方々がいつも感じよく素敵なホテルでした。更に、今回こちらの不注意で忘れ物をしてしまったのですが、夜中にも関わらず大変親身になって探してくださったり、見つかってからも素早く対応していただき、本当に感謝しています。他の口コミにある様に確かに古いですが、清潔で手入れは行き届いている様に見えます。部屋からの景色も良く、プールも楽しめましたし、砂風呂もとても気持ちよかったです。おすすめします！"

Great place to stay!

"The stay was wonderful. The customer service is spectacular and a lot of people spoke english. Their hot springs are immaculate and provide you with a spa like experience. Although they don’t sand springs at the property they provide shuttle that take you there and back. The pillows are a bit uncomfortable and the store doesn’t really have any heatable food. We had to walk to the nearest convenience store which was about a 10 minute walk."

"I understand Ibusuki might no be the most go tourist destination, and they night not have the attendance they wanted to renovate the hotel which is really outdated... but it seems like the hotel had no maintenance for a long time, it was probably a great hotel 30 years ago, but now it's almost considered a abandoned hotel. Bath is great though! But the maintenance of the hotel and rooms are needed urgently"
