"Breakfast buffet staff were very friendly and helpful, even when our kids accidently broke things. Sound and light isolation in the rooms was very good. Can't use the stairs unless there's a fire though, which was a bit annoying"

"Parking was terrible despite having pre-paid. Meriton flaunts Consumer Affairs legislation and over sells parking spaces. Ten parking spaces were empty and roped off because of construction work during the week. As a result my car was hit by another patron. Only redeeming feature was the amazing service by Reception staff who had to endure endless complaints from other guests who had also paid for parking. Not good enough for a so called international standard hotel. "

"Lovely, clean, quiet, good shower, comfortable bed and furniture, close to train, airport and restaurants…everything I needed and more. Frequently my hotel when flying in and out of Sydney. "

"Customer service was zero there. I already paid extra for parking and breakfast but they did not care about it and even they could see in their system that I paid more than regular room price, they forced me to pay again (so do not choose any extra payment option on the app!). At the end, they could give me a small bottle of water at least, but asked to pay $4, hope this kind of customer service make them rich!"
