"The property is fully fitted out as a holiday home. Everything apart from a washing machine. Beautiful garden and vista towards the coast and mountains. Getting to the home is challenging, very steep single track roads some very narrow and off road. Our small hire car found it challenging. Take the wrong route and you can easily get lost. Some routes too steep for my car. Some clear maps would really help. "

"Pros: Dat het huisje zo gezellig was, knus, met allemaal leuk ingerichte kamers en meerdere terrasjes en zitplekjes. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Leuke dorpen als Puerto de la Cruz en Icod de los Vinos op 10 minuten rijden. Je zit midden in de natuur, je hoort de vogeltjes fluiten en in de tuin zie je af en toe een hagedis wegschieten. Ontzettend leuk! Absolute aanrader! De host is superaardig! Hij neemt de tijd om ons bij aankomst uitleg te geven over het huisje, is heel behulpzaam, bv met tips...

Die Unterkunft hat uns gut gefallen, sehr gemütlich…der Gegenentwurf zu den fürchterlichen Bettenburgen unten an der Küste… Wir haben uns sehr über den Willkommensgruß in Form von landestypischen und leckeren Naturalien gefreut. "Great views and bird watching. Clean. Nice rural area and secure parking. Nice garden with fruit trees. I had a fresh pomegranate. Great place to see stars. Road and airport noise. Best to keep windows closed at night. Should verify all things are working before renter arrives. I shouldn’t have to fix the door or change the gas for the stove on first use. I was tired and hungry and am not familiar with gas."

"Staff everywhere extremely polite and helpful, could not have done more for me. Pool fantastic, bar/restaurant great food at good prices. Room with air-conditioning spacious and spotless"

"This is a beautiful hotel, from check in to check out staff were very friendly and helpful. Really clean and spacious rooms, rooms are cleaned daily which is nice. We stayed in a superior room with plunge pool, great size for a couple with a nice big balcony which had amazing views. The plunge pool was great for cooling off and relaxing, Air con and safe is included with the room so no paying extra which is great. The hotels main pools/sunbeds and breakfast area were fantastic, plenty of space and sunbeds so no getting up early to try and get one. They have a great selection of food for breakfast, there’s something for everyone. I would say the only improvement for this hotel is to look at redecorating the rooms as they are quite outdated and could do with a new lick of paint. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a nice, stress free hotel with beautiful views and easy access to the beach."

"We enjoyed our stay during our Honeymoon at Hyatt Ziva Jardin Tropical Resort! We were welcomed by smiling and accommodating staff, ate good food and lounged by the pool. The breakfast was good with a good range of choices. The hotel was spotless and the drinks were refreshing! The best part was the amazing views we had and the service from the staff. We hope to be back in the future!"
