"The property is fully fitted out as a holiday home. Everything apart from a washing machine. Beautiful garden and vista towards the coast and mountains. Getting to the home is challenging, very steep single track roads some very narrow and off road. Our small hire car found it challenging. Take the wrong route and you can easily get lost. Some routes too steep for my car. Some clear maps would really help. "

"Great views and bird watching. Clean. Nice rural area and secure parking. Nice garden with fruit trees. I had a fresh pomegranate. Great place to see stars. Road and airport noise. Best to keep windows closed at night. Should verify all things are working before renter arrives. I shouldn’t have to fix the door or change the gas for the stove on first use. I was tired and hungry and am not familiar with gas."

"Wir hatten 2 tolle Ferienwochen auf Teneriffa. Die zentrale Lage im Norden machte es einfach, Tagesausflüge nach Ost, West und zum Teide zu organisieren. Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt und während unseres Aufenthaltes vom Vermieter um- und versorgt.Die Unterkunft ist sehr urig und für 2 Personen wunderbar. Der Pool und die Außenanlage sind wie beschrieben und laden zum relaxen ein. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt - wir können zu 100% weiterempfehlen."

"Maria ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin, schnell zu erreichen und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft hat uns gut gefallen, sehr gemütlich…der Gegenentwurf zu den fürchterlichen Bettenburgen unten an der Küste… Wir haben uns sehr über den Willkommensgruß in Form von landestypischen und leckeren Naturalien gefreut. Ein Pool, Außengrill, Waschmaschine und zahlreiche Außensitzplätze sind sehr angenehm. "

Un sitio con muy buen gusto y mucho trabajo, cuidado al detalle por su gran anfitriona, Hélène, una persona que se entrega al completo para que tú estancia sea un 10 y te sientas como en casa, alguien especial. "Detailed review: Apartment is nice and spacious but be aware of these things aren’t in description when booking. These rules were on a paper given to us at check in. My stay was alright, but i personally wouldnt book again. 1. Your room won’t be cleaned unless youre staying more than 7 nights. No change of bedsheets, bins, anything. they do provide extra bin bags and a mop- but our mop had bird poo on it from being left on the balcony😬 2. Towels can be changed at €2 PER towel 3. There is no ac, fans have to be rented(€?) from reception. 4. Safe also has to be paid for at €3 per day. 5. Breakfast is not a huge variety as previous reviews stated, it is a very basic breakfast of the same beans, hash browns, sausages and sweet items every day. No veggie meat alternatives. 6. The sewage system stinks, the bathroom sink would smell a lot randomly. 7. our mini fridge smelled HORRIBLE!couldn’t open it for more than 5 seconds without a disgusting smell filling the room, everything you put in there smells bad after. 8. There was a short power cut during our stay- but this wasn’t too bad. Why we didn’t report the smells is because we just kept the fridge closed in the end& the sink smell would come & go. Overall, yes the room is nice but do not book expecting aparthotel amenities because it is JUST self-serve. If you are prepared for this, then it’s fine but i personally wasn’t. Location is decent, some shops& restaurants nearby. proper beaches+strips 20mins away by car."

"The room was in okay condition but the cleaning was poor, the music was extremely loud and it continued until 11pm every night, when that finished there was music from some bar outside by the beach that was unbearable. If you are half board the most ridiculous thing is that they dont even give you tap water for dinner. Hotel was almost empty the last day and they told us they needed our room so we could not do late check out. First time in Tenerife for us, we saw a lot of the island it is beautiful, rent a car to travel strongly recommend it, lots to see outside the hotel. Regarding the hospitality in this hotel, it is very poor, it feels like you are there to be exploited and its so obvious it makes one feel very uncomfortable."

"We got the all inclusive package and the staff was consummating to my friend that is gluten free. The staff is not all bilingual if you do not speak any Spanish. The hotel was nice. There is no AC in the summer just heat. The heated pool was not warm. Pools were fairly dirty. We loved the location and the meals. Breakfast ends a little early but overall it was very convenient and well worth the money"

"The hotel is situated just in the front of the beach. The sunset view from the balcony of the panoramic room was breathtaking. We had 16 drinks on our arrival delivered to our room included in the price of the room. Nice surprise. There are a lot of shops and restaurants around this area but we were dining in the hotel. Every day was a different menu. It’s not the fine dining but the food was a good quality and to anybody’s test. The pool area is quite active, plenty of entertainment. A lot of sunbeds was available around the pool. And the water in the pool was warm and pleasant. The reception staff is very nice. We would recommend this hotel and we will be back to this place in October."
