"The property is fully fitted out as a holiday home. Everything apart from a washing machine. Beautiful garden and vista towards the coast and mountains. Getting to the home is challenging, very steep single track roads some very narrow and off road. Our small hire car found it challenging. Take the wrong route and you can easily get lost. Some routes too steep for my car. Some clear maps would really help. "

"Great views and bird watching. Clean. Nice rural area and secure parking. Nice garden with fruit trees. I had a fresh pomegranate. Great place to see stars. Road and airport noise. Best to keep windows closed at night. Should verify all things are working before renter arrives. I shouldn’t have to fix the door or change the gas for the stove on first use. I was tired and hungry and am not familiar with gas."

"Wir hatten 2 tolle Ferienwochen auf Teneriffa. Die zentrale Lage im Norden machte es einfach, Tagesausflüge nach Ost, West und zum Teide zu organisieren. Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt und während unseres Aufenthaltes vom Vermieter um- und versorgt.Die Unterkunft ist sehr urig und für 2 Personen wunderbar. Der Pool und die Außenanlage sind wie beschrieben und laden zum relaxen ein. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt - wir können zu 100% weiterempfehlen."

"Maria ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin, schnell zu erreichen und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft hat uns gut gefallen, sehr gemütlich…der Gegenentwurf zu den fürchterlichen Bettenburgen unten an der Küste… Wir haben uns sehr über den Willkommensgruß in Form von landestypischen und leckeren Naturalien gefreut. Ein Pool, Außengrill, Waschmaschine und zahlreiche Außensitzplätze sind sehr angenehm. "

"Great hotel. Very central and close to bars beach and restaurants. Lots of shops near by. Very clean and lovely pool area. Went breakfast only and food was great"

"When I booked the hotel with Expedia, I booked it on an all inclusive deal. When I arrived at the hotel, I was told I only had bed and breakfast. I tried to contact Expedia to rectify the situation but after many phone calls to their automated service, and using the chatbot service, I was told it didn’t recognise my booking number. To say I was annoyed is an understatement. I then asked how much it would cost me to upgrade to all inclusive, as this is what I wanted in the first place. So I paid it and hoped I would be reimbursed by Expedia once I returned to the UK. After several times of trying to contact Expedia, I have now given up. So when you’re booking guys, be careful you are not stung the same way that I was. Also, when you think you are getting all inclusive, You actually are not. Many of the nicer cocktails, and nicer foods, for example a nice steak Are not included, and you will have to pay 80% of the price on the menu. It only gets you 20% off these special items. So save your money and eat out."

"Hotel facilities are great, the bedroom is huge, with a nice bed, the shower is fantastic and the bath also good. However, it's the type of resort for people that want to go on holiday and never leave the hotel, the location is far from most stuff you can do in South Tenerife, the beach in front of the hotel is a rock beach that didn't appear safe for swimming, the hotel has just swimming pools that all look the same. Also the hotel is located in an area with a lot of wind so it can feel a bit cold and just one of the pools is heated. The only bad thing is that they ask you to use the app for everything and the app is really bad, multiple times it crashed or stuck in loading, this is definitely something to improve. Also "all-inclusive" uses a strange definition on "all", it doesn't include a lot of things. It's basically a drinks package."

"I love coming here I come here at least 5 times a year I love the 1 bedroom as the views are a amazing all amenities are brilliant staff friendly especially a lady on the desk who is pregnant I m sorry I forgot her name but always recognise s us, only disappointment was we got a 2 bedroom apartment instead of 1 we wanted a 1 bedroom as we love the views and privacy, it's happened at least 3 times now"
