"Check in - friendly, helpful, moves fast enough. Sauna opens on check in, so its not full in the afternoon but busy at night Rooms - clean and nice. We had the 2 singles and 1 queen, and it was like a 2 bedroom suite. Rooms are not big, so if you have a lot of luggage, it will be tight. But, they use the space very very well, with a lot of convenient extras (i.e, baskets for your sauna trip, water and snacks in fridge, cubbies) Food Breakfast buffet is great. Well stocked buffet doesn’t fun out of food. Japanese section is the best. Coffee machine and drinks are great. Free yogurt drink in the morning in the relaxation room, free ice cream in the afternoon. Location Near Kyoto Station, you can walk from there to the hotel. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. A Don Quiote is minutes away. Other No shoes in the hotel. They clean your luggage wheels before you check in. This can be getting used it. "

"Very friendly staff and beautiful location. You can easily get to Umeda/Osaka Station (15 mins north) or Yodoyabashi Station (10 mins south) which will take you anywhere you need. Executive bar access is awesome! Pro tip: Go to CoDeli for drinks and snacks rather than the FamilyMart or Lawson so you can save a little."

"This is one of only 2 places I stay when in Umeda. The other is the Club rooms at the Granvia, the respire has no Club room available. Clean and very convenient to the train station, eats and shopping. Stay here and let me know what you think!"

" This hotel quickly became one of my favorite places to stay! I wish we had more time to enjoy it fully. The hotel offered a variety of on-site amenities, and the building itself housed shopping and dining options. They even provided coupons for some of the dining establishments within the building, which was a nice touch. The restaurant we dined at was fantastic—the food was excellent, and it was conveniently located just downstairs. The hotel's location was ideal; it’s within a 5-minute walk to the station for the local line, making it very easy to get around the city. There was also a park and an aquarium nearby, providing great options for sightseeing and outdoor activities. Access to all the locations we wanted to visit was incredibly easy, thanks to the close proximity of bus and subway lines. The pajamas they provided were so comfortable, making the stay even more enjoyable. The only downside was the laundry facility—there were only four washing machines, and unfortunately, one was out of order. However, there was a coin laundry just an 8-minute walk away, so it wasn't too inconvenient. Overall, this hotel was a beautiful place to stay and truly one of my favorites. I would definitely love to return!"

"Beautiful room with plenty of space, comfortable beds, and kind staff. We paid for breakfast and were given lunch as well. Plus, there is a nice club room with sofas, snacks, and non-alcoholic drinks as a free service of the hotel. The Onsen is lovely after a long day. Easy access to train stations and it’s easy to get around to all of the temples and shops. A nice Pilates and yoga facility is down the street. It was a posit e experience all anroind, and I would do it all over again. "
