Things like only bottled water provided on the first day it was provided every day, air conditioning not working it worked perfectly, problems with the lifts there weren’t any. Everything was perfect the food, the room and the staff. We had a great time and will definitely stay there again."

I’m embarrassed to say that we cannot remember the name of the gentleman that greeted us (Man Utd supporter)took us to our room and chatted everyday, all the while making sure we needed for nothing - thank you, you made such a difference. The pool area was quiet, well maintained and clean every day. In fact everything in the hotel including our bungalow was spotless. Directions out of the back of the hotel grounds, on level three, led us to half a dozen local restaurants overlooking Dafnila bay and if you keep following the road down it loops back to the front of the hotel. A nice 30 min walk. All in all a great stay made even better by the customer facing people."
