"We had booked this apartment for 5 nights, but we left after one night. Mold in the shower, nasty beds, Dirty carpets etc. No working smoke detector, We complained to the host about this immediately, but no answer. Faint smell of urine, that was tried hidden with very heavy perfume. Only positive we can say is that it has a good location. We will NOT be back."

"The warmth of this place made me feel like I was at my own home. Stayed a week and I wanted for nothing. Greatly enjoyed it. Coffee provided w french press, which was great first thing in the mornings! The fridge was a perfect size for groceries - store was just down the street! The location is an easy 10 min walk - past many shops and second hand stores - to the train station. So many sites! Make your stay perfect in this VRBO. Best for one or two. "

"The apartment is in the very centre of Riga Old Town with lots of restaurants and shops around. It’s nice, modern and clean.
Would be nice to have some curtains, as the current ones do not protect from any light. It’s also very noisy pretty much all the time, so one definitely needs good earplugs.
We also were surprised that they apply fines if dirty cups or dishes are left."

"The overall impression was positive. We did not have any concerns about the apartment or amenities, or service. Especially the location was perfect! If I ever go to Riga again, I would love to stay in the same area.
The only problem was the absence of the elevator, while trying to climb up (with or without a luggage) on the 6th floor. For older people it would have been simply impossible."

"Very hot days when we were there. Some fans had been great in the apartment.
The entrance is pretty dark in the night so little hard for elderly people to see the stairs.
There is some noise from the street in the night and early mornings. "

"We had an exceptional experience at the Radisson Blu Elizabete Hotel. The staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. A special thank you to Janis at check-in and Elina at checkout—both went above and beyond to make us feel at home.
The room was very comfortable, and we really appreciated the refillable water bottle and filtered water station—a small touch that made a big difference. The location was also ideal, with plenty to see, eat, and do just steps away.
When we return to Riga, we’ll absolutely stay here again!"

"Very nice modern comfortable room in a recent addition to the hotel. The only inconvenience was that one of us had to wait in the car on the street, while the other went to the reception to pay for the parking and get the instructions on how to get there. Fortunately, the line at the reception was not very long at that time. After parking, we had to line up at the reception for check-in again. The parking was only a few minutes walk to the hotel along a closed street in the old town. There is a very big (mostly food) market at about 10 min walk from the hotel. "
