"The room and shower room were really clean and felt modern. Comfortable bed. The manager was very pleasant and chatty whenever we saw her. The bar staff were very good but service for breakfast on the second morning was slow. Parking right outside was very convenient."

"This place is a hidden gem. The farm is quiet and peaceful despite being just off the main road. Our room was clean and large, with a double bed and single bed, plus as it was on the ground floor it had access onto a terrace and picnic bench. Only issue for us was a rather thin floor which meant we could hear every footstep from the room above, but not a huge issue and I doubt there’s much that could be done about it! Would definitely stay here again."

"Three things you need to run a great Bed and Breakfast. 1. A great host. 2. A great bed and room. 3. A great breakfast. This place has all three and is the perfect place for a short stay in Ilfracombe. Definitely recommended."

"Great room if you can survive the 6 flights of stairs lol - you are warned but it’s 6 not 3. Lovely clean place but take ear plugs as the Wetherspoons next door are there bottling up early."

"Located on main road into Ilfracombe. 20 minute walk into the harbour area or use bus stop just up the road. Enough parking for one car per group. Spacious, well-equipped room with comfortable bed, sofa, armchair, TV, coffee machine and kettle. Large bathroom with walk in shower. Nice welcome, pleasant conversation, helpful owner. Excellent breakfast with various choices."

"It was a great stay, nice facilities and amazing staff. The only reason I wouldn't say 5 is: - check in was delayed by an hour or so. - there was no spatula. - the hob fan and light didn't work - the microwave defrost was more like full power. - I didn't know what to do with the bins. Maybe I missed this somewhere. Would stay again"
